Google reviews for aesthetic clinics
Most happy patients mean to leave a review and never get round to it. We ask each one at the right moment, in your clinic's name, so your rating catches up with the care you give and more people choose you.
The reviews are walking out of your door
A patient leaves delighted, means to write a review on the drive home, and has forgotten by supper. Multiply that by every week you're open and your Google rating sits well below the care you actually give. Prospective patients hold you up against the next clinic on the map and book the higher number, and plenty won't even consider one under four-and-a-half stars. Every star you're short is consultations that never reach your diary.

How it works
How it runs, step by step
Automated where it saves you time, with your team in control of every message.
A treatment finishes well
When you mark a patient's visit complete, they join the review queue. Only patients who agreed to messages and aren't on your opt-out list are ever included.
We ask at the right moment
An hour or two later, while the visit is still fresh, that patient gets a short, friendly text asking how their care went, with a one-tap link to your Google page.
You stay in control
Every eligible patient is asked, with no screening for happy faces and no reward attached. When we draft a reply to a review you've received, it waits for your approval before it goes live.
Reviews build, week after week
Honest reviews arrive steadily, your star rating climbs, and your monthly report shows how many came in and where the rating is heading.
What you get
Well-timed review requests
A short, warm text to each consented patient about an hour after their visit, with a one-tap Google link and never a named treatment in it.
A sensible cadence, capped
One text and, at most, one gentle email nudge, then we stop. Anyone who leaves a review or replies STOP comes off the list straight away.
Human-approved review replies
We draft considered replies to the reviews you've already received, and nothing posts until you've read and approved it.
A consented, suppressible list
Messages reach only patients who agreed to them, with one-tap opt-out and health details handled as special-category data under UK GDPR.

Built for
- You give excellent care, but your Google rating doesn't show it yet
- Your reviews trickle in slowly while a nearby clinic quietly pulls ahead
- You're flat out in clinic, and asking every patient yourself keeps slipping
- You want more reviews, but you won't touch anything that bends the rules

Safe by design
Safe by design. We only ever invite honest reviews from real patients, and we never buy them, reward them, write them ourselves, or hide the less flattering ones. Those shortcuts are banned by UK law, by the FTC's reviews rule, and by Google's policy, and our system hard-blocks them. Requests go out on a consented, suppressible list with one-tap opt-out; health details are treated as special-category data under UK GDPR; every message stays within ASA Rule 12.12 by never naming a prescription treatment; and wherever a message is automated, we say so plainly.
